Taking you right through from morning to night, our transformed space will transform, from coffee catch ups to lively Saturday nights and chilled out Sunday roasts, effortlessly. The new and improved décor is a top to tail transformation, taking inspiration from the UK’s most luxurious country dining and drinking hotspots. The sophisticated design combines earthy, wooden tones with a rich warm palette, brass finishes and smooth leather, creating an opulent and cosy feel. Open log fires, plush velvet seating and feature lighting also add a touch of glamour to this otherwise relaxing and inviting space. Expertly crafted furniture, eye-catching artwork and feature finishing touches, make the pub truly one-of-a-kind.
A new feature bar will be the centre of the sociable space which will house marble topped champagne tables, plushly upholstered booths and bespoke lighting features. Opulent swag curtains reveal a new look behind every corner.

Our chefs have carefully curated a collection of dishes that deliver a refreshing country dining experience, featuring delicious flavours, inspired by the seasons, and the best the countryside has to offer.
Whether you fancy something from the grill; such as rotisserie pork belly or 21 day-aged, ribeye steak, there’s something to suit all tastes. If you’re after a roast then The Saxon Mill is the place to be, from succulent cuts of meat to the freshest veg, dining with us is the idyllic end to a relaxing weekend. All freshly prepared by its expert team of chefs using the very best ingredients.

The menu is packed full of irresistible pub classics such as our British Slow-cooked Pork Belly or Pan-fried Seabass Fillets and handpicked daily specials. There’s also plenty of delectable desserts to choose from, including the Sicilian Lemon Tart and our famous Melting Chocolate Bomb.
Please note that on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th February, we will be running our rehearsal events over lunch sittings, before we officially re-open on Saturday 1st March. We will be hosting our launch party on Friday 28th February from 5pm.

Or if you would like to attend our official launch party, we’re hosting an exclusive, guest list only, evening on Friday 28th February from 5pm. You and your guests will be treated to two complimentary drinks each and will be able to sample a selection of canapés from our contemporary menu. There will be entertainment throughout the evening – it’s set to be a fantastic atmosphere so be prepared to be wowed with all the stunning changes. Please note that the complimentary drinks are whilst stock lasts, so we recommend getting to the launch party as close to the start time as possible to ensure you receive your two complimentary drinks.
